This is the pizza that made Mike famous. Thin crust with just the right crunch and chew, not too much sauce, not too much cheese—perfectly balanced the way it should be.

Mike learned this craft in his family’s deli back in the 1970s, working for his Uncle Tommy. This is authentic New York pizza made by a NY native who’s been perfecting it for 35+ years.

Add as many additional toppings as you want from our selection of 14 regular toppings ($2 each) and 11 gourmet toppings ($4 each).
