Our Story

Wise Guys Pizzeria is the culmination of over three decades behind the counter. Our founder Mike grew up around the pizzerias of Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, learning the craft from the old-school masters who believed that great pizza starts with great dough, the right sauce-to-cheese ratio, and a respect for tradition.

After years of perfecting his craft in New York and Fort Lauderdale, Mike brought authentic New York-style pizza to Merritt Island, Florida. Every pie is hand-tossed, built with fresh ingredients, and baked the way it was done on the streets of New York — not too much sauce, not too much cheese, with just the right crunch and chew.

When you walk into Wise Guys, don't be surprised if the owner himself greets you while he's stretching dough. That's how we do things — hands-on, personal, and always with pride in every slice.
